Well it is official! Matt and I were at the property today and walked every inch. There is so much to do. A few promising developments- we should be able to vault the ceilings in the main house as only one interior wall appears to be weight bearing; the interior walls look like they can be treated normally and will not need too much "adobe-glove" treatment; and lastly the upstairs in the leaning tower of Titter was in surprisingly good shape!
